EMPLOYEE INTEGRITY INVESTIGATIONS - It is hard to admit, but we must all face the facts. INTERVIEWS / STATEMENTS - A well-prepared statement outline, with a well-prepared and professionally trained investigator, equals the most thorough recorded and/or written statement in the industry. Our investigators are trained in Scientific Content Analysis (SCAN) techniques for statements. These techniques are used to analyze written and/or verbal statements made by the subject for the purpose of identifying areas of deception. It is a proven fact that "Everyone wants to tell you everything - even the people who commit crimes." What the subject says is important, but just as important is what the subject does not say or the way the subject says things. Our investigators are trained to detect the omissions as well as the "changes in speech" in both written and recorded statements. Our investigators are equipped with portable computers and printers so that statements can be typed and signed in a matter of minutes after the interview.

WORKER'S COMPENSATION FRAUD INVESTIGATIONS - Disability claims are costly to any company, whether they are short term or long term. Our investigators know what you need in a good thorough investigation in order to dispute fraudulent claims. Better yet, we know what it takes to set your mind at ease about the claim. MYSTERY SHOPPER CHECKS - A trained "shopper" will enter a client's place of business and pose as a potential customer. Following a consumer profile provided by the client, the shopper will engage sales personnel in conversation inquiring about the products or services offered. Customer Service, employee enthusiasm, integrity, professionalism and other aspects for good customer relations will be documented and provided in a written report of the activity.

SEXUAL HARASSMENT - Sexual harassment is a serious offense. If a client feels they have been violated in any way, our licensed investigators can conduct a full, confidential investigation into the alleged incident and the person accused. We may be able to determine that there are others in the same situation willing to press charges and/or testify. In any case, we take sexual harassment very seriously and will work hard to give our client the satisfaction and security they deserve.

VEHICLE ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION - Our licensed investigators have the knowledge, expertise and experience to conduct a preliminary Accident Scene Survey. We will obtain statements from all drivers and witnesses. We will obtain all available documents and evidence from the responding law enforcement and state representatives involved in the investigation of the accident. We will photograph and measure the intersection where the accident occurred. In addition, we will photograph and/or video the vehicles involved, skid marks, impact areas and articles left at the accident scene. Our investigators will monitor vehicular activities, pedestrian traffic and/or typical driving behaviors at the designated intersection, highway, street or parking lot to determine if they were contributing factors to the accident.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS HANDLING TRAINING - Our company offers on-site classes that meet the Department of Transportation's requirements for General Awareness/Familiarization, Safety and Function Specific training. This training is mandatory for anyone that meets the definition of a Hazardous Materials employee as listed in Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 171.8. Employees that transport hazardous materials; prepare hazardous materials for transportation or handle hazardous material in any way from the time they leave the manufacturer until the time they reach the consumer are required to have this basic training every three years.
