INTRODUCTION - Ghost Dancer Investigations is an innovative private investigations
company providing services for attorneys, private companies, corporations and
private individuals. We are located in Central Texas; however, our investigators
will travel to any location to meet our client's needs. We are comprised of a
team of highly skilled, experienced investigators that are consistent, ethical
and professional at all times.
Our investigative staff has been
directly involved in the security, law enforcement and/or investigation
profession for more than 30 years. We pride ourselves in providing the most
professional and result oriented service available. We are dedicated to
providing the information you need in a timely and cost effective manner while
utilizing the latest investigative methods and technology to attain this goal.
Our operatives are licensed Private Investigators in the State of Texas, who
tailor each investigation to suit our client's goals and budget allowances. We
make every effort to conduct the most cost effective field investigations and
maintain strict accord with the client's budget. Discretion, confidentiality,
and a commitment to keeping the client informed at every point in the
investigation, are hallmarks of the agency.

PRIVACY
POLICY - Ghost Dancer Investigations will never share or disclose any
information about our clients, their cases or investigations to any third party
unless ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction or the reasonable belief
that failure to disclose such information may endanger the life or well being of
a third party. This includes but is not limited to, investigative reports,
investigator notes, names, addresses, photographs, video and/or audio recordings
as well as any other materials generated during an investigation. Ghost Dancer
Investigations guarantees complete privacy of all
communications.
You will be notified immediately if
there is a "conflict of interest" or any other reason why Ghost Dancer
Investigations cannot fulfill your investigative needs.

This policy is never violated or waived.
LICENSING AND
REGULATION - In
Texas, Private Investigation Companies, Guard Companies, Security Alarm
Companies, Guard Dog Companies, Courier Companies, Armored Car Companies,
Security Consultants and their employees are licensed and regulated by the Texas
Department of Public Safety - Private Security Board formerly known as the Texas
Commission On Private Security (TCPS).
It is illegal for any company or
individual to engage in the business of, advertise, or solicit customers or
clients as a Private Investigator or Private Investigation Company without
having been licensed by Texas Department of Public Safety - Private Security
Board. Ghost Dancer Investigations license number is
A-10253.
CONSUMER RIGHTS - Clients are entitled to:
A written contract detailing the fee
arrangements and services to be rendered. The contract must be signed and dated
by an authorized representative of the licensed company.
Receive a written report concerning
services rendered for which a licensed company has tendered a fee within seven
days after a written request is received from the client.
Be notified at once if another
licensed company may provide any, all or part of the services requested by
sub-contracting or out-sourcing those services.
RESOLVING PROBLEMS - The
Texas Department of Public Safety - Private Security Board recommends that you
contact your service provider with your contract in hand and discuss your
problem first. Most reputable Private Investigators are understanding
professionals who know their clients needs and would like to keep them
satisfied.
If you cannot resolve your problem
with the service provider, contact the Texas Department of Public Safety -
Private Security Board in writing and give a detailed account of what the
problem is, the steps you took to resolve it and what relief you seek. Be sure
to include copies of contracts, bills, receipts, correspondence and a statement
of the facts, as you know them. The Texas Department of Public Safety - Private
Security Board will contact you to further investigate the
matter.
